Western Oregon Vacation Packages

It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.

When we checked in and the next day when we changed rooms the woman at the front desk was efficient and made the transition smooth. This is our 5th or 6th stay here in the last few months. We always enjoy our stay. This time had a few glitches, from 12pm to 4am the room next to ours was noisy and even after talking to the night clerk nothing was done to have them be quiet. The main amenity at a hotel is a good nights sleep and that was a fail on the staff's part, The chairs in both rooms should be replaced as they are worn and the legs are coming off. We did not use either chair. Our stay at the Independence is usually faultless and this was not the case this time.

Great place to stay either pets. There was plenty of green space to let the dogs get out their wiggles.

Stayed here for 2 days with family an unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not in good condition and barely met the basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations. What was even more concerning was the exterior of the property—there was a dead bird on the stairway that remained there during our stay, along with a large amount of bird droppings covering the stairs. It was unhygienic, unpleasant, and made the property feel poorly maintained.
